The Main Gates/Entrances can be accessed thru the following streets:
Takhssusi Street
Makkah Al Mukarramah road
Prince Turki Ibn Abdulaziz Al Awwad road
Zahrawi Street
There is a Gate 1 and Gate 2C on Zahrawi
Street, Gate 5 on Makkah Al Mukarramah Street, and Gate 7 & 8 on Takhassusi
Street.

There are approximately 5000 Parking spaces
available inside the hospital.

There are below 5 types of memberships with
the related Fee. Members have option to pay upto 12 months for the new
registrations and upto 6 months for the renewals.

Are there any cashier/Manual
counters available at the exit of the parking areas?
No, there are no Manual Cashiers/Agents
available at the Parking exit gates. The car parking system is fully automated
system with cashless payments at the exit gates. The customer can pay only
using the exit terminal payment device which will accept credit cards, debit
cards, MADA, Apple pay, STC Pay etc.

What are the alternative
payment options in case of long queues at some important parking areas or
customer have some difficulty in using the payment devices at the exit
terminals.
There are mobile cashiers with hand held
terminals who can help processing the payments quickly and Whatsapp payment
also can be used

Are there any special
parking spaces for the physically challenged/ disabled people?
Yes, as per the Riyadh Municipality
regulations, 5% parking spaces are provided for the disabled people in each
parking area.

How will I pay for
parking? And when Should I pay?
The Parking is free access for all the
registered members and Pre-paid card holders. The car park system will use ANPR
(automatic number plate recognition) and RFID tag to open the gates
automatically at entry and exit gates.
The normal Visitors need to take the QR
coded Ticket at the entry gate of the parking and should pay before they exit
the parking. The payment can be done by either using the Automatic payment
machines located near the parking areas and inside the hospital building exit
areas or thru Whatsapp business account. The Details will be displayed on our
website and on the payment machine within the building.
All the Visitors must pay before exiting
the parking area as it will not be possible to exit the barriers without first
making payment.

What if I change my mind
after entering the car park or cannot find a space?
Drivers have a ‘grace period’ of 5 minutes
from the time they enter car parking and exit free of charge.

What if I am a
contractor/supplier/Company working for some of the projects in KFSH & RC
Hospital and like to use parking services for some period?
Membership type called “Contractor at KFSH”
can be used to provide the access cards to the group of people for a certain
period.
13.
What if I am attending
an evening event/Conference at King Abdullah Centre for Oncology and Liver
Diseases (KACO&LD) after the regular closing time?
The Parking is open 24x7. Ticket
holders/Participants and Organizers at events/conferences will need to pay to
parking or can avail the “Contractor at KFSH” membership or pre-paid cards.
