KFSH & RC (King Faisal Specialty Hospital and Research Center) has a state-of-the-art smart, fully automated, cashless parking management system along with Operation, Management, Maintenance and cleaning of the parking lots with following objectives.
1. Customer Satisfaction Goal
a. Provide excellent parking services
b. Create a high quality patient’s/visitors friendly environment
c. Present an attractive environment for patient’s/visitors/public
d. Present an attractive environment for the hospital employees
e. Ensure that the existing design or the proposed design of some of the parking lots with entrance/exit is consistent with the KFSH & RC Master Plan

b. Campus Traffic Improvement
c. Maintaining or improving customer services and safety
d. Integration to existing Parking Guidance system
Project Objectives are fulfilled by Bindayel Group with its sister companies Etech and Easy parking. Etech is the technology provider for the parking system and Easy parking will be the Operator.
KFSH Parking Project is a BOT (Built, Operate and Transfer Project) Project executed by Bindayel Contracting Company. Bindayel Group is the sole Operator and Management Company with an investment, supply, Installation and Testing & Commissioning of the new smart CAME Parking Management System. Initially the Operation & Management of parking areas is given for 5 years and will be subjected to the extension with the mutual agreement between KFSH & RC (King Faisal Specialty Hospital and Research Center) and Bindayel Group.
